Facility Policy and Fines
Up & Coming has a goal to provide a great and consistent playing experience. To do this we have agreements with facilities that provide turf infields and outfields. These facility partners prohibit the use of:
- Cleats (metal or plastic)
- Sunflower seeds
- Chewing gum
Teams who violate this policy will be fined $250 and will be immediately removed from the tournament forfeiting any chance of a refund.
Our Site Director will inspect dugouts before and after each game to ensure each team is in compliance with this policy.
Team Playing Restriction Requests
All date, time and location playing requests MUST be submitted no less than 14 days prior to the event. These requests will be first come, first serve. They will be given priority in the order received during our planning and scheduling. All requests come with NO guarantee of being honored if they create unforeseen conflicts in the scheduling of an event.
Request submitted less than 14 days prior will be taken and reviewed but will be given no priority during the scheduling and planning process. Absolutely NO request will be accepted within 7 days of an event.
In all cases, we will give our “best effort” during scheduling and planning. However we will not extend our scheduling and planning in order to fulfill a request to play or not play on a specific date or time. It is important to us to release our playing schedule in a timely manner.
Cancellation due to Up & Coming being unable to fulfill a request, will be considered as “cancellation without cause” ensuring no refund or credit to be given.
